Oroville Subdivision: Copley Acres: 220 lots, Canyon Highlands,: 67 lots, Nelson
Avenue: 320 lots, processing for development and construction of 607 single family
lots, located in Oroville, California. Project Size: $3,000,000.
Garden Highway Warehouses: The development and construction of 200,000 SF of government
grain storage located in Yuba City, California. Project Size: $5,600,000.
